Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is accepting applications, application link is found below. All applications are submitted electronically for new students entering one or more of the following programs: Early Childhood Ministry (12 months/walking-36 months), Two-Year Old Tots, Preschool, and Kindergarten - 8th grade. Open enrollment begins each year on the date of our January Open House. Applications are evaluated and accepted throughout the school year. When grade levels are full we will begin a waitlist for admission.
We currently have a waitlist for all PreK (4 yrs) Classes, Kindergarten, and 2nd Grade.
If you are interested in our Early Childcare Ministry, please fill out the Waitlist Application found below, when you have been accepted into the ECM program we will ask you to fill out the formal application.
HOW DOES THE ADMISSION PROCESS WORK?
1. All applications are submitted electronically and we require the following documents:
Baptismal Certificate (Catholic Students Only)
Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
If your child is in grades Kindergarten thru 8th grade, the School Office will request records from child's last school attended. Records are not required for ECM, Two Year Old Tots, Preschool, or admission to Kindergarten. Acceptance notification will be sent within two weeks of a completed application.

3. Instructions for creating a tuition payment account will be included in the acceptance letter. We use FACTS financial company to manage our tuition payments and financial assistance applications. You may choose the payment option that works best for your family when you register through FACTS financial.
