Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is accepting applications for the 2024-2025 academic year, as space allows.
Online 2025-2026 open enrollment for new school families began on January 26, 2025. At this time, several grade levels are at capacity, but applications are still being accepted and considered, as space allows.
Dear prospective families,
Begin registration by clicking the large button below (only live during open enrollment period).
During registration, you will be asked about opting into our Disciple Scholarship. You can learn more about the Disciple Scholarship below and you should be aware that participation in the scholarship program factors into admissions priorities (see tab above for details).

If you have a preschool student, be sure to select the desired class choice under additional fields within the application.
Our Early Childhood Ministry (ECM) program is on a waitlist and can be found at ologs.org/ECM.
If you run into any technical issues, please email [email protected].
Enrollment is complete once you have submitted all required information. New families will only pay the $315 registration fee AFTER you have been notified of acceptance. You will have two weeks from that point to complete this portion of your registration, or the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is blessed to be a thriving environment, with several of our classes at or nearing capacity. Applying to our school does not guarantee acceptance and applications do not carry over from year to year.
School tuition rates for 2024-2025 are available on our Tuition page.

Historically, a small annual tuition increase is customary. Our school and parish work together to manage tuition rates and any needs for increases.

Our school is fuller than ever, and many classes are at capacity. Our reputation of strong academics and high school preparation, along with our faith formation and unique environment, makes us a desirable setting for many. With that said, it’s in your best interest to re-enroll before we open to the public or risk losing your child’s spot. Additionally, current families registering AFTER January 24 will pay a $315 registration fee.
School tuition rates are determined at the end of April. Historically, an increase in tuition is customary. Our school and parish work together to manage tuition rates and any needs for increases.
If you are not re-enrolling your children for the upcoming school year, please let us know. We are here to work with you and understand your needs or situation. Tuition should never be a burden, and financial assistance is available.
Re-enrollment will be open exclusively to current school families from January 10-24, 2025.
Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is a parish school. Priority for admission is given to members of the parish who meet the admission guidelines. We expect parishioners to fully participate in the life of the church through regular attendance, and active stewardship of time, talent, and treasure.
Students transferring from another school must have successfully completed the prior year in an accredited school in order to be admitted to the next grade level. In addition, transfer students must show their last report card and any testing results completed from the previous year in order to be considered for admission.
Our Lady of Grace Catholic School has a resource program for students with special needs. Parents are required to present an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) upon admission. Failure to disclose an IEP may result in the withdrawal of services. Prior to admitting a student with a diagnosed disability, we consider the following:
Our Lady of Grace Catholic School takes seriously the responsibility to discern admission to our school community. Our Admissions Committee prioritizes prayer, a family perspective, and integrity when determining admissions decisions.
Registration for current families takes place during the re-enrollment period, followed by new family registration on Jan. 26. In order to be considered for re-admission or new enrollment, the online registration must be completed and the registration fee must be paid in full. Each year, a priority deadline is set after which first decisions for admission will be made. Following that deadline, open enrollment will continue and admission will be granted based on availability.
Our Admissions Committee discerns enrollment for each family application. The following are principles of our discernment:
1. We desire for students to receive a full K-8 education at Our Lady of Grace. Current students will receive first priority for readmission.
2. We seek to keep families together as a part of our school community, particularly by admitting younger siblings of current students.
3. We value families who work to actively form their Catholic faith, particularly through the Disciple Scholarship or Future Disciple Scholarship.
4. We look to promote students of families who have participated in Our Lady of Grace Preschool into Kindergarten and above grades.
5. We strive to be an educational option dedicated to parishioners at Our Lady of Grace.
6. We strive to be an educational option for parishioners at other local Catholic parishes.
If families are not initially admitted to Our Lady of Grace Catholic School, they may be added to a waitlist for students through the start of the school year. It is not uncommon that families would be admitted from our waitlist, though it is also not guaranteed.
The best way for Our Lady of Grace families who are new to Our Lady of Grace Catholic School to put themselves in a position for admission is to complete the Future Disciple Scholarship requirements in the year preceding admission. Learn more at ologs.org/disciple.
Our Lady of Grace Catholic School has been very blessed with many wonderful families joining our community. We are grateful for all the families and students who are enrolled at our school as well as those who desire to do so. However, in order to maintain a high-quality educational environment with reasonable class sizes and within our facility capacity, we must have limits on the number of students who can be enrolled.
In an effort to be transparent, we will offer periodic updates on available space at our school as it becomes available.
