Our Lady of Grace Catholic School has a very active PTO, and OLG parents are an integral part of the success of each and every event and fundraiser. We thank you for your volunteerism and look forward to working with you during the course of this year.

It is our goal to provide you with accurate, easily accessible PTO information. For this reason we invite you to browse our new PTO Sycamore page.  You can locate this link on the right hand side of your Sycamore home page under School Sites.  Here you will find calendar dates, PTO news and documents for PTO events.  On our page, you will also find this year’s PTO Executive Committee.  If you see us in passing, please take a moment to introduce yourself.

Eat. Drink. Think. Win.  Got a lot of useless knowledge stored up? Think you know it all? Come show us! It’s easy…get a team together of 8 people who know a little bit about a lot of things!  All proceeds go toward providing tuition assistance and other necessities for our student, staff, and school.  This adults only event is a night of challenging trivia with a few of your fellow Eagle parents and friends as well as OLG parishioners.

Raffles, Pizza, Soft Drinks, Beer, Wine, Prizes, and guaranteed Fun! All for $25 per person!

Register an entire table of 8 or become one of the tables of couples and individuals looking to meet some new friends.

Our annual Grace Gala is an event that supports Our Lady of Grace Catholic School by providing tuition assistance and other necessities for our school.  OLGCS is composed of more than 400 students from Hamilton County and surrounding counties.  We are the first school in Hamilton County to be named STEM certified and the first Catholic school in the state of Indiana to be STEM certified!  All support for this annual event helps us to continue to grow and to provide our students with enriched curriculum.

SALES HOURS

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:  7:45 - 9:00am
Wednesday:  2:30 - 3:00pm
Thursday:  After All-School Mass
Weekends:  After Masses

Orders are due by midnight Sunday.
Orders paid by check must be in by 9:00am Monday to the Scrip Box or in the OLG Box in the Parish Workroom. 

LOCATION

Near the coat closet on the Chapel side of the Gathering Space

PICK UP

Pick up of orders at the sales desk during sales hours (both after Mass and during the school day), at the School Office during school hours, or by arrangement with Scrip Coordinators.

VOLUNTEER

We are looking for sales volunteers to sell Wednesday mornings, Wednesday afternoons , Thursdays after All-School Mass and after Weekend Masses (sign-up for after-Mass sales is done weekly ~ no commitment to do every week!)
