St. Patrick's Day Parade Field Trip

Sixth grade students and all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade cheerleaders will represent OLG in the Indianapolis St. Patrick's Day Parade on Friday, March 14, 2025. Learn more about the parade at indystpats.com.

Parents are invited and encouraged to ride the bus, which will leave OLG around 9:30 am, returning by 1:30 pm.

In order to participate, please filled out the form below to sign the online permission slip and order a themed t-shirt for $10 (recommended for all students and parents walking in the parade).

Please place your shirt order and sign the permission slip by Friday, Feb. 28.
Students can order sack lunches through the cafeteria, and adults should pack a lunch if desired.

Permission Form
We, as parent(s)/guardian(s) of the above-named minor(s), hereby consent and agree to hold harmless, OUR LADY OF GRACE CATHOLIC CHURCH AND SCHOOL and/or the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lafayette-Indiana, Inc., and any and all employees or volunteers thereof, for any accident, injury or occurrence arising out of, or in connection with the activity and our child(‘s) event arranged transportation necessary to participate in the aforementioned activity. We understand that our child(ren) will be assigned to ride with a licensed adult driver, driving a privately-owned automobile, or school bus and that this assignment will be made by the aforementioned teacher/faculty advisor.

I give my permission for my son/daughter, in case of an emergency, to be taken to a physician or hospital by either a parent in charge or by parish personnel. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me. If I cannot be reached, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by the parish/school member in charge or adult chaperone(s) to secure proper treatment for my son/daughter.
