TUTION PAYMENT

Our Lady of Grace Catholic School utilizes FACTS Management Program, a third party tuition management firm, to handle tuition payments.  Instructions for setting up FACTS account are sent with admissions acceptance letters.  When you set up your online account, payments are automatically withdrawn.  All families must enroll in the FACTS Program and choose one of the payment schedules offered through FACTS.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Our Lady of Grace Catholic School offers its own Need-Based Financial Assistance Program and also participates in the State of Indiana Choice Voucher Program.  You must apply for both types of Financial Assistance by completing the application through FACTS.  Award letters are typically processed within two weeks of application and applicants are notified of award status.

SCHOOL CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP

Indiana has long been a leader in school choice initiatives that support parents of children in accredited private and parochial schools. There was “School Choice” good news that came out of the recently completed session of the Indiana General Assembly. The newest enhancements to school choice in Indiana include the following:

• The income level eligibility for a School Choice Scholarship was increased to 400% of Free/Reduced income requirements (see the eligibility chart below).
• There are no longer any pathway requirements in order for a student to be eligible for a School Choice Scholarship.

These changes dramatically alter the program and allow many new families to participate for the first time. The amount of a School Choice Scholarship is determined by the public school district in which the student resides.
